T5 – Lower Back Pain

I have suffered with lower back pain for over 20 years on and off due to the sedentary nature of my work. Although I have found excellent body therapists who can relieve the symptoms of pain in the moment, to my despair it has persistently come back.

For the first time in my life I have found a permanent solution in practising these miraculous Egoscue Method exercises. Within only two days of doing them, my pain dramatically reduced!

I feel that 20 minutes of focused exercise is a small price to pay for a life free of pain.
